Brand new with tag, but there seems to be some manufacturing errors. There are some dark lines throughout that’s are woven into the fabric. Not super noticeable. Buttons are real can unbutton. Super cute piece. Measurements are as follows in inches (flat lay): Waist: 16 Length: 16
