cheri_couture @awhetung - Hi! Sorry about the delay, I had a super busy day! I have added some more photos showing the measurements. The measurements taken are without stretching the material at all. The entire upper back is smocked, so this dress has a lot of stretch to it. It will fit larger but also fits smaller because of the smocking. I have a 38G bustline & like my pit to pit measurement to be 20” minimum. This dress fits me fine in the chest area. Let me know if you have any other questions.
