Measures are approximate and are done flat. Pictures with tape measures reflected are less accurate than stated measures. Flat measures are done holding fabric taut but not stretched unless there is a range. Stretch is taken to a reasonable degree. Sleeves are measured from shoulder seam to cuff end uncuffed. Waist measures are done by squaring up front and back of pants. Rise is from mid crotch seam to top of waistband. Shoulders are from top part of shoulder seam to other seam. Waist is done at approximately the narrowest area near waist. To get your best fit please take clothes that fit well and measure them the same way.
