I have actually bought several NL dresses in the last few months, and rarely paid over $20 unless it was something special I had been specifically looking for for a while and couldn’t live without (I’m a collector). I already have this dress (bought it full price), so I don’t really need another one. I have put in an investigation and will be speaking to your mail carrier, as you are saying you did not receive it, GPS shows you did, but will talk to carrier and postmaster today as their scanners have cameras, so has to be with a family member as it was delivered to your address . I live in a big apt building in a huge neighborhood complex in NYC and there are trucks outside delivering hundreds of packages all day every day and sometimes things get scanned and end up still on a truck or in someone else’s lobby. It’s very common. It’s happened to me MANY times. Tons of my packages have also been stolen. There may be cameras, but that doesn’t always help especially when it comes to theft.

eyecandyshop So glad you received it, and I know exactly what you are talking about, and that is why I put a trace on it and called. They can't scanned delivered if they don't deliver it SOMEWHERE, but they have GPS to see exactly where it was delivered, which is why I kept after them. It took way too long just to get to NY, because they simply were not prepared for the holiday season, when people had been shopping online all year, lol. Anyway, glad all is well, stay safe and again apologize for USPS. K\
