sarahsivira @carlawe hello again! So yes, 19.5” is the width armpit to armpit, and the neck is 7”, but stretches up to 11.5”. It is machine washable! The wash instructions say “wash in cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Inside out.” Hope that helps! :)
