Narciso Rodriguez for Design Nation color block dress. Royal blue on top and black on the bottom with black trim. Zips up the back. Might be 90s/00s vintage but I’m not totally sure. 3/4 length sleeves. In VGUC, some wash wear. Size large but I think it runs a bit large, see approx measurements: bust 19.5” waist 17.5” length 37.5”
