Nasty Gal heart boots

Brand new 5 inch boots. Never wore them, however don’t know why there’s a scuff on one side (shown in photo). The size seems way off, I’m a size 7.5/8 and it says 6/39 on the boot but they definitely fit much larger. My guess is 8.5 (maybe 9) but unsure they’re just massive on me! I wish they fit!
