Nasty gal ruffle shirt

white ruffled shirt from nasty gal - satin-y feel - can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder for a ruffled sleeve look - cinched waist - cropped - elastic at the wrists for extra ruffles - 100% polyester size US 2 measurements: pit to pit: about 16" waist: about 10.5" but the elastic cinched waist expands a lot. great condition, no rips, stains or holes really pretty shirt, it's just not my style.
