Naught Monkey high heals, ankle strap, size 38

Naughty Monkey tropical pattern high heels with a solid wide base. Too high for me but the large base makes it easier to walk on than stilettos. Slight scuffs and marks, straps are peeling and dropping little bits (see photo) but still adorable and lots of life. Guessing at size 38 or US 8? (I’m a 39 and it’s a bit tight in me)
