It is sleeveless and features a white outlined V neck in the front that goes up and forms a cute white stand up collar. The skirt is designed in 2 bands. This dress is a size small with the following measurements when laying flat. From pit to pit is 17 inches. From shoulder seam to waist is 16 inches and the skirt is 20 inches from the waist to the hem. The waist is 17 inches across. (16)
