Nautical 50’s Style Blue Dress

This beautiful blue dress has a white belt that is removable, zips up on the side under the arm, and has been worn twice. Once was at my graduation and once at a wedding. I got so many compliments because it’s so unique, it was from a local boutique which has since closed. The material is very thick so it makes me feel slim and confident. It doesn’t blow up in the wind and is short but not too short if that makes sense. Fits small for a large.
