Nautical Galleon Frigate Sail Ship Artex Tri-Chem Liquid Embroidery Black Velvet

Vintage Tri-chem/Artex pre-printed fabric for liquid embroidery painting has a nautical design of a large galleon/frigate sailing ship. Black velvet/flocked fabric has a "fuzzy" texture on the front. Fabric is 20" wide x 24" long. New/unused, has a few small dust spots from storage.
