Nautical Skirt

Nautical skirt with white anchors on a navy blue background. Skirt is fairly short, ending at around mid-thigh or just-over-the-knee depending on your height, and high-waisted. The material is a stretchy polyester/spandex blend. Very cute and flowy, ideal for summer.
