Nautical navy blouse by Talbots EUC

This is a really cute nautical navy blouse from Talbots. It’s a petite size large, but fits regular size large. The all over pattern is little anchors in pink, green, white, brown. It has a nice curved hemline, so it’s easy to wear untucked. It looks really cute French-tucked with jeans! EUC
