Nautical striped skirt, flowy & high waist

Good used condition! Size is a 10-12 and fits like a large comfortably, with room for stretch. Pictures make it look black but it is indeed navy blue with white stripes. Very soft and flowy :) length hits below the knees around mid-calf, depending on your height.
