Nautical theme inverted pleats skirt with pockets

Fun and flirty skirt made in Italy has charming bow detail at the side waist, and pockets! Everyone needs pockets! The material is a polyester, cotton and elastane blend that feels like satin. It drapes beautifully. The last photo shows a faint red mark at the waist band. Hard to see but I wanted to point it out. Haven’t tried washing it out. Fits a size 6.
