Cute and feminine v-neck cardigan with ruffle detail on the sleeves. Sits at waist. Is in good gently used condition with no flaws. Would fit an xs to small. I am a standard size small and it fits me perfectly without being too tight anywhere. Buttons are all in great condition as well.
