Navy Blue Bellissina Dress

Navy Blue petite dress in EUC with no rips, stains, or holes. Only wore dress a couple of times, then was washed and put in storage. Front of dress has a gathered look with a pretty brooch for decoration. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Dress is made of 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. From a non-smoking, pet friendly home.
