Navy Blue Floral High Waist Dress

UK 20 US 22 or 2xl Navy blue with bright pink and yellow flowers. Slit sleeves. Ends at the knee so whether it's a mini dress depends on your height. Dress was measured from the shoulder to the hem.. Cold wash and hang to dry. Enjoyed several times but still in great condition.
