Navy Blue LGWU Vintage Union Made Chiffon & Purple Silk Midi Swing Dress 68-84

ILGWU Vintage Union Made Navy Blue sleeveles Chiffon & Purple Silk Lining. (looks to be silk but unsure) Midi Swing Dress with a back neck tie. It has an off white waistline cut out sewn in and an attached back neck tie scarf. The dress is a non stretch fabric. According to Tag, made between 1968-1984. This is a rare dress. This union made dress "The International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union" was founded in the 1900s in New York. There are no size tags. Approximate size: Bust - 32" Waist - 26" Length - 34 - 35" Long End of shoulder to pit - 7" Back zipper length about 20" I'm approximating size to be a small size dress.
