Very good preowned condition, dark navy blue, button down tunic dress with drawstring waist for adjustment. Not sure what this brand is, but it's a pretty decently made dress with a storm guard/flap on one shoulder, tie up at the waist, banded collar and shoulder tabs. Has some strong military vibes. Unsure about the composition, maybe rayon, maybe polyester.
