Navy blue strapless maxi dress with a sweetheart neckline, a fitted bodice, and a flowy skirt. It has a lace-up back and a sash at the waist. Worn once, one malfunction with the sash at the waist which requires minimum stitching. Bought years ago and has been stored but not worn anywhere. Like brand new.
