Navy Blue Summer Dress

This dress feels amazing to wear! The satiny lining is smooth and luxurious. I can't remember the brand name (I removed the tag because it was itchy), but the dress was bought at The Bay and is well-made and good quality. Fits S/M (it's stretchy)
