Navy Blue Tea Length Dress with Mesh Cut Outs and Floral Skirt

Lovely formal Dress by Xscape with a solid dark navy blue top with a deep V, flexible fabric, and mesh cutouts on the side. Fluffed circle skirt with large pink floral print. Ruffled mesh layer underneath to add some added volume to the skirt. Fabrics: Polyester, Spandex, Nylon, and Lycra - Dry Clean Only US size 14. Overall great condition, only worn twice.
