Navy Blue with Black Lace overlay sheath dress.

NWOT R&W dress, color is a rich navy blue with black lace overlay on the shoulders, bust and sides. Beautiful details, picture doesn’t due it justice. The dress is fully lined and the lining is attached to the dress. Has a nice long zipper. Please see pics for type of fabric and care. It’s a size 2. Bought dress for an occasion, never wore it and now doesn’t fit! ☹️
