V-neck dobby fabric tiered dress. 100% navy cotton with beautiful white embroidery. excellent used condition. I really wanted this dress to work, but it's shorter than expected. I'm 5'7" with a long torso and it is too short in the bodice. Would work best on someone with a shorter torso or more petite in general. measurements laid flat: P2P - 23" Elastic waist when fully stretched - 22" hips - 24" length from shoulder to hem - 46" make me an offer.
