Navy Jersey Dress

This dress is a very flattering fit - with some rouching detail, a tie, and is made of jersey material. I've worn it in the summer with tan / cream shoes, in spring / fall with a trench coat, and in the winter with tights and boots. It's very comfy and versatile!
