Navy Laced Formal Dress

This is a floor length formal dress (think wedding or prom or formal event). It is laced and has a thick lining. It has never been worn but does not have tags. It is form fitting and then flares out at the bottom, like a less dramatic mermaid fit. The top has lace (not the most comfortable but it’s for aesthetic more than anything) that attaches with a velvet button. Bought at a boutique for a wedding.
