Navy Patterned Fit & Flare Dress

Really cute fit & flare style midi dress with capped sleeves and cool pattern on the front. Purchased at a vintage store in New Zealand years ago. the tag says that it's a size 8, but it's very small, like an XS or possibly even a XXS. Good condition overall, although there is one spot on the back where the stitching is coming undone a bit (see picture).
