Navy Polka Dot 'Retro' dress

Pretty Cowl front, Scoop Neck Navy Polka Dot dress with Ruching at the waist. It looks a little retro flattering all figure types. I find this cut of dress especially flattering to a fuller figured woman but I am built like a stick and it made even my body kooky curvy. I bought it for a job interview and never wore it...lol. It's a soft jersey knit and falls nicely. Can be worn multi seasonally. Sleeves are just above elbow length.
