Navy Sailor Skirt (Twik - L)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @petra_culture. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Gorgeous skirt from Twik (Simon's) with gold coloured metal buttons on the front. Size Large, would likely fit a medium too.
