Navy Scoopneck Dress from Velvet by Graham & Spencer - Size Small

Very good used condition navy dress featuring a high low hem. The content tag is missing but is an incredibly soft material with stretch. I’m constantly cold in air conditioned offices so this dress is perfect for that. It will also transition to colder weather with tights.
