Navy Summer Hearts Dress by DR2

This dress is fantastic. Class, elegance, style and comfort all in one. It has a short cap sleeve, drop V in both front and back, matching fabric belt, small tie up on each side, pockets and its lightly lined. Front V has hook and eye closure, dress could be worn with or without the belt as the loops kind of blend in. This item is Medium, 37.5 inch long and 19.5 inches arm pit to arm pit. Dress has not been worn. (measurements done will hanging)
