Fun polka doted navy and off-white blouse from Anthropologie with big bell sleeves and boat neck. Not stretchy and lined through the body. This is a really cute top if you like something a bit more voluminous. Worn a few times but in very good shape. Sometimes you'll find a loose thread around the hem. 100% Rayon, Lining 100% Polyester. Hand wash, line dry.
