Navy and White Striped high-low skirts or dress!

Navy and white striped skirts or dress. It is high-low style and has only been worn twice. Great condition, no rips/tears/stains. I am 5’8” and have worn it as both a skirt and dress the front is still long enough to be worn as a dress (see photos). Size large.
