Navy and acid green vintage suit

I love this suit! Vintage, made by The Third Dimension by Milton Wallace. The skirt is just a bit too small. Navy blue with acid green, not quite neon but close, plaid trim on blazer and maxi skirt. Skirt has side zipper and belt loops. Blazer has 3 button holes but only 2 buttons.
