Navy ankle pants with snap details

So the company that makes these is called D. Alberini as you can see from the pics but the tag shows a company called moon...not really sure. I would say these are a size 6. Adorable grommet details on pockets and snaps on the legs. The material is almost like a windbreaker or water proof material. So cute as they fall just above the ankle. Very versatile and wonderful addition for work or casual.
