Navy blouse (New without tags)

Pretty, light-weight navy blouse with ruched waist. New, never worn as I ordered online, and it does not fit me. I am very tall and long-waisted, so it should work on an average height person or a more short-waisted person. It is a flattering style top! 💜💜💜
