Navy blue Dynamite fit and flare dress — worn once

Gorgeous navy dress, only worn once. Comfy and stretchy material. The straps were too long for me so I put a little stitch in the back of the dress to shorten them (see in picture). Simply undoing the stitch would return the straps to their original length if need be.
