Navy blue floor length wrap dress!

I bought this to use as a bridesmaid dress but it’s way too small on me. US 4 but fits small. It’s been worn only to try it on and it has the tags still attached! Super beautiful dress, just not the right size! It’s in perfect, brand new condition!
