Navy blue floral embroidery skirt great as a Christmas party outfit

Great condition, really pretty skirt, worn it in winter with black booties or classic black heel. Great as an outfit for Christmas parties with white silk blouse or shirt. It’s above knees. It’s a size EU 36 says on it US 6 but I’m a size US 4 however it has an elastic waistband and I think anyone size US 2, 4 or 6 can fit in it.
