Navy blue floral maxi resort dress with slit, waist cutouts, tie back size XS

Unbranded maxi dress in a pretty navy blue with floral bouquet pattern. Would be great for resort season, a wedding, cruise, prom, or ball. It is designed to be tied in the back in whatever way suits you. It is mostly an open back. It zips up to the waist from the skirt portion. Once all tied up there are side cutouts. Measurements: it is very long so would suit a tall person! From waist to hem is 42 inches. Waist laid flat is approximately 13.5-14 inches. Widest part of bust laid flat is 14 inches. I’m unsure about the size but it fits me well and I am 32B-C with 24-25 inch waist. Condition: excellent used condition. Zipper works perfectly.
