Navy blue formal dress with jeweled belt

From Honey. 5’2 and the dress fits right at my knee. Great dress, only issue is that the belt is broken in 2 places (as shown) but it’s not very noticeable. I bought it as such and wore it like that to my prom. Great for prom and other special occasions
