Hi! Is the fabric stretchy? I have a small waist but big hips. A curve in my back a bit so need to know if it’s very flared to give me more room. :)

@brynnmclennan hey! The waist band has stretch to it. The skirt flares away from the body and is a tulle fabric. I also have a large back end and it fits nicely.
