Navy blue strapless dress

A shimmery, strapless, hits above the knee part dress. Empire waist, with a bubble like skirt. Aha de of blue changes depending on lighting. A few years old but only worn maybe 3 times, in good condition. Jewel is a little tarnished but cannot tell from far away.
