Navy blue v neck maxi dress

Flowy navy blue dress in a crepe fabric with gathered, slightly puffed sleeves. Silhouette feels very vintage, excellent condition - worn 2/3 times for events. Fits tts, wide lined skirt and deep v with a snap. Closer to a midi on me (5’10") so don’t reach for it without the right shoes.
