Navy blue/white checker off the shoulder top with red roses.

Bought in a boutique shop in a beach town. Rarely worn- condition is just like new. It is slightly cropped - I’m 5’5 and it hits just below the belly button. Perfect with white or navy high waisted jeans/skirt.
