Navy cotton dress with embroidery

A beautiful long lined fitted dress. Fits snug along the top then hangs down. Pretty embroidered details throughout. Tiered. Ruffles on sleeves doesn’t over power the wearer. Easy to wear and yet can dress up or down. Cotton. Has a bit of stretch. Size 6. I’m 5’2 and it hits me at the ankle.
