Navy crepe mini-skirt

NWT. I bought this from the Outnet (it’s their label Iris and Ink) and it’s too tight in my hips and sadly final sale. Quality is excellent - I really wish it worked for me. Paid about $150 with duty included. Measurements and composition are shown in the photos.
