Navy dress with eyelet detail

Cute navy dress with eyelet detailing along the bottom. Can be strapless or with straps, whichever you prefer! 15” underarm to underarm, waist is 14”, length (without straps) is 32 1/2”. Cotton, poly, spandex blend. Very good condition! Like new! Worn twice... if that. No stains or rips. Does need a steam or iron though (pointless for me to do if I have to ship it to someone).
